what we do
The Center for Therapeutic Intervention offers a variety of services for children and families, including evaluations to identify strengths and weaknesses in motor and sensory skills. We also provide consultations to parents and professionals to support children's well-being at home and in school.
our approach
Our direct services may include both individual and group Occupational Therapy treatments, as well as parent education. When appropriate, we collaborate with physicians and other professionals in speech therapy, counseling, mental health, and education.
how we do it
Treatment sessions may be scheduled weekly, twice monthly, or at intervals that best meet the family’s objectives. Goals for Occupational Therapy are individualized for each client, focusing on strengths and improving abilities for the 'occupations' of school, play, and family life.
